This notice describes what the Sameca website and launch interface (the “Interface”) process. Sameca is a public, non-custodial pad. Most activity is already visible on a chain explorer. This page is not a claim that we never see any data.
1.Scope
This notice covers the Interface only. It does not cover wallets, RPCs, explorers, IPFS gateways, Pinata, LayerZero, DEX frontends, or any other site you open from a link. Those services have their own policies.
2.No account, no custody
Sameca does not ask you to open an account and does not custody your keys. We do not ask for a seed phrase, government ID, password, or payment card. Connecting a wallet shares the public address you choose to connect.
3.Wallet data
When you connect, the Interface reads the public address, the chain ID the wallet reports, and balances or allowances needed to show a form. That data stays in your browser unless you submit a transaction or we must reach an RPC to display a book.
4.What networks already publish
Launches, swaps, approvals, fee credits, and claims are public chain data. Anyone can read them on Robinhood Chain, BNB Smart Chain, or Arc explorers. Token name, symbol, image URI, description, links hash, tax, payout wallet, and exempt list are likewise public once written.
LayerZero messages used to extend a book to another chain are also public. Phase-2 Circle CCTP burns, if they ever ship, would be public as well.
5.What the website may process
To serve pages and read books, the Interface and its hosts may process:
- Pages requested, timestamps, and referrers.
- IP address and user agent, as seen by the host or CDN.
- Wallet address and chain ID while a session is connected.
- RPC responses (reserves, logs, token metadata).
- Token metadata you submit: name, symbol, image, website, X, Telegram, description.
The default build does not ship a third-party analytics pixel. If a host, RPC, or analytics provider is added later, it will be named on this page.
6.Cookies and local storage
The Interface stores a theme preference (sameca-theme) in local storage so Paper / Carbon survives a refresh. Wallet connectors may store their own session keys in the browser. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear site data in the browser; that disconnects the wallet view and resets theme.
7.Images and third-party URIs
The launch form can crop a dropped logo and pin it to IPFS through Pinata when PINATA_JWT is set on the server. The on-chain string is the ipfs:// CID. You may instead paste an ipfs://, ipns://, or https:// URI; that host then serves the file. Sameca does not control those hosts and cannot delete a CID from IPFS.
8.Processors we rely on
- Website host / CDN — page delivery and standard access logs.
- Public or configured RPCs — chain reads and transaction broadcast.
- Pinata — optional image pin, if configured.
- Your wallet — account request, chain switch, and signatures.
9.Retention
On-chain records persist for as long as the chain exists. Server access logs, if any, follow the host’s default retention. Local storage remains until you clear it. Sameca cannot erase a launch, a trade, or an IPFS CID.
10.Children
The Interface is not directed at children under 18. Do not use it if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11.International access
The Interface is offered from infrastructure that may sit in more than one country. If you use it, your public wallet activity and any host logs may be processed outside the country where you live.
12.Your choices
You can:
- Disconnect the wallet from the account menu.
- Clear site data to remove theme and connector session keys.
- Use a fresh address if you do not want a prior address associated with a new launch.
- Ask a question through the official X or Telegram desks.
We cannot hide a transaction you already signed. Where a privacy law gives you a right we can actually honor (for example, a copy of host logs we still hold), contact us through those desks.
13.Changes
We may update this notice when the Interface changes. The date and version at the top are the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
14.Contact
Privacy questions go to the official X or Telegram desks listed in the footer. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, or recovery files.
