These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Sameca website, launch form, markets, token pages, and related interfaces (together, the “Interface”). By connecting a wallet, submitting a transaction, or otherwise using the Interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
1.Acceptance
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of the Interface (“Sameca,” “we,” “us”). They apply to the Interface only. On-chain contracts, wallets, RPCs, DEX routers, and messaging networks have their own rules and are not controlled by these Terms.
We may publish a newer version of these Terms on this page. The date and version at the top are the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new Terms.
2.Eligibility
You may use the Interface only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- You have the legal capacity to enter a contract.
- Using the Interface is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You are not subject to sanctions or on a prohibited-party list.
- You are not using the Interface on behalf of a person who could not use it themselves.
3.What the Interface is
Sameca is a non-custodial memecoin launchpad. The Interface lets you read public books, print a token on one or more supported chains, buy or sell against a bonding curve or a graduated hook pool, and claim fees that the contracts have already credited to a wallet.
Supported books today are Robinhood Chain, BNB Smart Chain, and Arc. A token can share one contract address across those books. Each book has its own 1,000,000,000 supply and its own dollar pool. A shared address is an identity, not one inventory.
The Interface does not take custody of keys, does not operate a broker or exchange, and does not execute trades on your behalf. You always sign with your own wallet.
4.No affiliation
Sameca is not Circle, Robinhood, PancakeSwap, Uniswap, LayerZero, Multicast, Pons, or Argus, and is not endorsed by them. Names and marks belong to their owners. Mentions of those products describe integrations or venues, not a partnership.
5.Not advice, not an offer
Nothing on the Interface is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Tokens launched here are experimental. You can lose all funds. Past volume, market cap, or graduation status is not a forecast.
The Interface does not offer securities, commodities, or any other regulated instrument. Using it does not create a client, broker, advisor, or fiduciary relationship.
6.Your wallet and your transactions
You interact through a self-custodied wallet. You are solely responsible for seed phrases, private keys, hardware devices, approvals, gas, destination addresses, and the network you select.
Sameca cannot reverse, cancel, or refund a confirmed transaction. If you sign a launch, buy, sell, approve, or claim, the result is determined by the contracts and the chain, not by the website.
On Arc, native USDC pays gas at 18 decimals. The quote token the pad uses is USDC ERC-20 at 6 decimals. Do not wrap native USDC. Mixing those scales can drain a wallet.
7.Smart contracts
Factory, locker, escrow, relay, and related contracts are not upgradeable proxies. A later version is a new deployment with new addresses. Official addresses are published in the documentation. Never take an address from a DM, a comment, or an unofficial site.
Graduated liquidity NFTs are locked with no public withdraw. That removes one rug path. It does not remove compiler bugs, chain reorgs, sequencer faults, or third-party DEX or messaging failures.
8.Fees, tax, and claims
A launch may require a protocol launch fee in that book’s quote token. Trades on the curve and in the graduated hook pool take a protocol fee (1%) plus any creator buy or sell tax the creator set at launch (0–3% each). The first seconds after a launch may apply a decaying sniper tax.
Of the 1% protocol fee, 90% is credited to the creator payout wallet and 10% to the protocol recipient, as snapshotted at launch. Extra creator tax goes to the creator. Credits sit in escrow. Only the credited wallet can claim. Sameca cannot redirect an already-set split.
9.Creators
If you print a token, you are responsible for the name, ticker, image, links, description, tax, payout wallet, and exempt list you submit. Those values are written on-chain or to public storage. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to use.
You represent that your token is not offered as a security, that you will not use the Interface to evade law, and that any website, X, or Telegram you attach is yours or used with permission.
10.Official $SMCA
$SMCA is the brand token. It is issued on Pons (Robinhood Chain) and Argus (Arc) together. Sameca Launch does not mint it. Anyone can deploy a same-named token on another chain or pad; that is not official Sameca. Phase-2 buybacks are not live and are not promised.
11.Prohibited use
You may not use the Interface to:
- Violate law, sanctions, or anti-money-laundering rules.
- Launder funds, finance crime, or evade a court order.
- Impersonate Sameca, its contracts, or another person.
- Attack, scrape, or overload the Interface in a way that degrades it.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or deceptive token metadata.
- Attempt to bypass fee, tax, or lock logic except through the published contracts.
12.Intellectual property
The Interface’s layout, copy, and marks are owned by Sameca or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Interface as allowed by these Terms. Token names, images, and social links submitted by creators remain the responsibility of those creators.
13.Disclaimer of warranties
The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sameca disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Interface or any contract is error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
14.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sameca and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of tokens, keys, profits, data, or goodwill, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow those limits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15.Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Sameca and its contributors against claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the Interface, your token, your metadata, or your breach of these Terms.
16.Law and interpretation
These Terms are governed by applicable law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds a provision unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement for use of the Interface. They are not a substitute for independent legal advice. Headings are for convenience only.
17.Contact
Questions about these Terms go to the official X or Telegram desks listed in the footer. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, or recovery files.
